Wonder if it's all real office equipment sounds. I'm guessing it's been authored somehow. It sound too "good" to be real. But I may be wrong.

The sounds are real, but it appears to have been recorded separately, not in that room where they filmed it and certainly not at the time when they filmed it...

It's a cool idea though.

I agree with Achim. Real sounds, but it had to be recorded separately because there's no way you'd get that response and balance. Can't believe we're talking acoustics for pencil taps! 

Oh I didn't mean that they didn't record the actual sounds the stuff makes, but I'm almost entirely certain it's been manipulated somehow to make it sound better than it would it reality.
