I caught enough for me to be annoyed enough to see how annoying it was. So I switched it off again. Tongue

I'm not a good judge though because I don't like Martin Shaw. He's so far up his own arse and takes himself way too seriously. He's not that good an actor. Best thing he did was The Professionals and guess what? He refuses to acknowledge it now. The git.

Receive this morning from Caiman

Pete, I've attached the profile of Lizzie Borden to my post for you if you want to buy it. I will not contribute it and I don't think that someone else will...

Weird Science ($13.41 at DVD Pacific)
I noticed that I was missing this 80s classic in my collection.
Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi: Complete Collection ($28.49 at DVD Pacific)
Blind buy.
Garfield Collection (£7.45 at Amazon.co.uk)
I know they are bad, but I just couldn't resist the price Laugh
Includes the following three movies:
Garfield
Garfield: A Tail of Two Kitties
Garfield Gets Real

Cloverfield (£2.59 at Amazon.co.uk)
Never got pulled into the hype to watch this movie, but with this price, I couldn't resist.
Das Leben der Anderen (£3.46 at Amazon.co.uk)
Saw this one in the cinema. The German DVD price never fell so far is this bargain, so I ordered this German movie in England.
Miracle On 34th Street (£4.33 at Amazon.co.uk)
I hope I got the correct one this time around Smiley
DOA: Dead or Alive (£3.9 at Amazon.co.uk)
Blind buy. Looked like it could be some mindless fun.

This film is really awesome mental popcorn(fills a gap, but isn't substantial).

Kevin Nash- is totally channelling the spirit of Hulk Hogan in his (underused) role of Jaime Pressley's dad.

It was the first one I watched from this delivery and I was surprised how much I liked this movie. I feared the worst.

Rocky: The Complete Saga (£11.99 at HMV)
I have to admit, that I have never seen a Rocky movie. So I bought this blind, when I saw the bargain. It includes all six movies.
Tom and Jerry: Complete Collector's Edition (£15.99 at HMV)
It includes all Tom and Jerry shorts except two on six double-sided discs. 15 hours of Tom and Jerry fun Smiley
Alfred Hitchcock (£17.98 at HMV)
I never have seen any Hitchcock movie  Bag
They just never seemed to be movies I would particularly enjoy. But maybe I was mistaken and they are my cup of tea. So I decided to buy this bargain. It includes the following movies:

Tom! Excellent purchase on the Hitchcock set. I suggest you watch them in order; his later entries are worth seeing but if you were to watch them first, you might get the wrong idea. Also watch out for Rope, which is a bit too experimental to hold the story. The real meat of the collection is the middle section with Rear Window, Psycho, Vertigo, etc. Phenomenal.

I actually envy you, stupid as it sounds. I wish I could get a memory wiping machine like in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind so I can discover them again... Grin
