Go to http://images.google.com

Type the title of the movie you want (you can add the word screencap) in the text box and look at the results.  Once you've found the image that you want, click on it and it will show as a thumbnail on top of the window, click on it again to see the full image and in your browser's address bar you will have the address to link to.

In you post, you put the following

[img]blablablab[/img]

blablabla = address where the image is.

Nobody is mocking you Kathy, I'm sorry if you feel that's what we've been doing.  And you were not doing anything wrong in the way you tried to link to the images, you just happened to pick them from sites that don't allow other sites to link to them.
