It's called Black Books. Brilliant, sometimes surreal sitcom based around a miserable Irish book shop owner, who hates his customers and abuses them in various ways. Very funny and I well recommend it.

Your punishment for failing to get the name is adding the complete three series boxset to your wishlists!

BTW, I'd give you another but I'm stuck at work. So I temporarily retire, undefeated. 

Right I have more pics anyway now. I have two in fact, to make it a bit easier than the last one. And I just like the first image ... I wonder if she needs a hand with the other one?  This is another British series, but I believe it did well Stateside, so you have a bit more of a chance ...
