Okay, let's move on to the next Sagebrush clue...that would be what, 1200 points?

Dragonfire

Quote from: Jon on March 14, 2010, 12:04:02 PM

Nope. There is something I'm wondering it could be, but risk losing 800 points now the Dragon really is on Fire? Not on your Nelly!  :tease:

I believe my streak has ended..I've been clueless in this category, though I expected that since I don't watch westerns.
With the first round stuff, most of the time when I did see a question I knew the answer too, someone else had already answered.

In Winchester '73, Jimmy Stewart and Stephen McNally play half-brothers who compete in a shooting match for an engraved Winchester 1873 model rifle.

Being the last two contestants in the match, they decide to shoot at metal washer rings tossed by the sheriff. McNally's character Dutch Henry, hits the washer, but Lin McAdam (Stewart) seems to miss. When McAdam and the sheriff examine the washer, McAdam points out a small nick in the inner ring of the washer, and explains that he shot right through the opening in the washer. Dutch Henry doesn't believe him and McAdam decides to prove to him that he could do it again. He places something over the hole in the washer, and the sheriff tosses it into the air. Sure enough, McAdam shoots right through the thing he places over the hole in the washer.

What does he place over the washer hole to prove his point?

Najemikon
