My Thoughts:
I will admit... I was a little hesitant choosing this one right now as it isn't my normal fair that I enjoy. But more then one person wanted me to review this movie.... so thought I would give it a go. I found I really have mixed feelings about this one. The story is a good one for the most part... even though they had to make things go a little quickly to fit everything in. But that is OK... I can handle that. The main problem I had with this one is that all the characters are just unlikable. I couldn't relate to any of them. I main guy in this one I found to be stubborn to the extreme. Really pig-headed. And the main girl I found to be awful snobbish for someone coming from such a poor background.... the way she acted... the way she talked... pretty much everything. The did improve on her... but to me it was no more then too little.... too late. And I really didn't like the supporting characters any more then the main characters. But despite all that it has a good story... and I did find myself being drawn in. Especially towards the end... which without going into too much detail hit a little too close to home for me.

Plot:
A cool cast of young stars is just one of the things you'll love about this hilarious comedy hit. On the first day at his new school, Cameron (Joseph Gordon-Levitt, - Halloween: H20, TV's 3rd Rock From The Sun) instantly falls for Bianca (Larisa Oleynik - The Baby Sitters Club), the gorgeous girl of his dreams. The only problem is that Bianca is forbidden to date until her ill-tempered, completely un-dateable older sister Kat (Julia Stiles - Wide Awake) goes out, too. In an attempt to solve his problem, Cameron singles out the only guy who could possibly be a match for Kat: a mysterious bad-boy (Heath Ledger - The Patriot) with a nasty reputation of his own. Also featuring a hip soundtrack - this witty comedy is a wildly entertaining look at exactly how far some guys will go to get a date.

My Thoughts:
One of my favorite teen comedies. One of the last one before teen comedies equaled cross-out humor.
I also always loved the music selection. And also strangely this is the role of Heath Ledger I will always associate him with. It may be because this is the first movie I saw him in.

This is a spin-off sequel to Onegai Teacher. Spin-off, because the main characters from Onegai Teacher are supporting characters here. Sequel because it is set after Onegai Teacher.
This is another series I enjoyed. Also this first episode is good. It had a few good chuckles.
