So I thought I'd share my thoughts on it. I am usually not that big fan of zombie movies. But I loved Shaun of the Dead. When I heard similar good stuff about this movie, I thought I'd give it a chance.I think this was the first zombie movie I have seen (except for Fido), were the big zombie attack is thing of the past. But whereas in Fido the zombies were beaten, this movie is about a small group of survivors in a zombie-laden USA. All four prinicipal cast members did a great job. Though the premise sounds glum, it is a comedy. I loved how they always brought up the Columbus' rules about surviving. Also real fun was the surprise cameo. I will remove the name in the awards list above. I also recommend to not look at the cast list of your DVD if you want to be surprised. It's a really short cast list so it is easily accidentally read. Sadly I saw the name beforehand. Ryan Reynolds stars as Will Hayes, a 30-something Manhattan dad in the midst of a divorce when his 10 year-old daughter, Maya (Abigail Breslin), starts to question him about his life before marriage. Will relates his romantic ups and downs to her, from girl next-door Emily (Elizabeth Banks), to the best friend and confidante, April (Isla Fisher) and the free-spirited Summer (Rachel Weisz)... three romances... three broken hearts. Maya puts together the pieces of her dad's romantic puzzle, she begins to understand that love is not so simple or easy... and Will realises that it's never too late to get a second chance in love. Extras: Commentary Deleted Scenes Featurettes Scene Access Trailers My Thoughts: Not a laugh-out-loud comedy, but a charming movie. I liked the frame story with Ryan Reynold's character and his daughter (played by Abigail Breslin from "Little Miss Sunshine"). Also the ending was the one I was rooting for Rating: (From Tom's Random Reviews on March 20th, 2010) Angel Marathon, a review by addicted2dvdAngel: Season 2 7. Darla Original Air Date: 11/14/2000 Angel is desperate to rescue Darla from the clutches of Wolfram & Hart and flashbacks reveal what a dangerous and powerful relationship they shared as history weirdly seems to be repeating itself. Guest Stars: Mark Metcalf Christian Kane Sam Anderson Julie Benz Juliet Landau James Marsters My Thoughts: Another excellent episode. This time with lots of familiar faces from Buffy. This time we get to see The Master (Big Bad from season 1), Darla, Drusilla and Spike. Lots of back story in flashbacks and the continuing storyline with Darla is really getting good at this point.
