Ironically it's out a week earlier here in Australia, but I wanted it to match (as closely as possible) the other Disney Blu-rays I have (and it was cheaper importing).
I had a couple more in my order, but they're a gift for someone. When he insists on me watching them with him, I'll gladly oblige.

I know alot of people who feel that way Pete, I think its his humour its very dry

I don't mind dry humour, if anything I prefer it. I don't like him being in the films though. It goes past dry and becomes pretentious. Never seen the appeal. His films are often beautifully made and then there he is.

One of my favorites is What's Up Tiger Lily?

If you take out the added annoyance of The Lovin' Spoonful, it's a pretty funny MST3K type film.

Jon, have you ever seen Zelig? He is actually very good in this role.

Another film I'd recommend, which he directed, but this time doesn't appear in, is Interiors. A very good character study, along the lines of Ordinary People.

You have to see it from the beginning. It's one of my favorite Woody Allen films.

Please be aware that in this set Annie Hall is the odd one out. Well, that and Manhattan. The others are comedies. If you like his style of that period of his, then everything is fine. Sleeper is probably the nest of those, but I also like Love and Death and Everything...

I don't mind Allen's acting in his films. He occasionally goes overboard indeed, but I think az the time his style fit his comedies rather well. I have only seen Annie Hall and Mnhattan once each and don't remember them. I eventually lost track of his carrer and the only one I saw of his later films is Manahttan Murder Mystery. My favorite fromthe 80's clearly is Purple Rose of Cairo (which doesn't have him in it).
