Critter

Thanks for posting that Antares it was brilliant! Perfectly edited.

Antares

Jon, this has you written all over it...

1 part Star Wars mixed with 2 parts Inglourious Basterds. Can I expect a 5/5 rating on this?  :tease: ;)

This is really awesome. Someone put a camera around a cats neck and filmed a day in it's life, from it's point of view.

In 1945 the nazis escaped to the moon. Today, they are coming back.

What's not to like?

BTW, this film is entirely independently made!

That is brilliant. Love the way they did the titles.

You have the right attitude my friend.

I just re-watched that Google year in review video again and something caught my eye. It's a good video for the most part and well edited but in one part they say something along the lines of "all the new heroes we met" and then go on to show only sporting heroes. Really Google? Of all the important people in the world doing great things, people that could have been considered 'heroes' in 2010 and the only ones you can come up with are sports stars? Honestly, maybe it's just because I'm not a huge sports fan but I don't get it. We have people out there doing amazing things, a whole array of hero worthy activities and doings yet here we are so enamored with a bunch of people who can run for a long time or kick a ball around some field. Sure, there are some great sporting stars but honestly, how many of them end up on the news for some sex scandal, drug abuse, wife abuse etc etc. It seems like everytime I turn on the news there's some new "sporting hero" making a fool of themselves yet they are the ones we admire the most? Think of the researches out there developing new ways to fight cancer, think of the people saving lives every day. If it were me I would find more people worthy of the word hero than just sports stars.

A near perfect demo of exactly why I think musicals are rubbish...  Yes, it looks pretty, but the opening moments are awful! And it's animated! Good grief.  :yucky:

By the way, absolutely agree with the sports star thing. Absurd use of the word "hero", now as overused as "genius".

Definitely.  I can't believe how nuts people are about that stuff.
