If you can only watch it if you are logged in, then it has nothing to do with copyright. It just means that some users flagged it for having inappropriate content and you need to be logged in to verify that you are over 18. If it is for copyright reasons it will say so.

I am in Germany right now. I cannot watch the video in your post. I was however able to watch all of the videos in the previous 4 or 5 pages, all the ones about this very same topic. Strange, seems there arte different versions of it around.

Another video has surfaced on the net of a young girl throwing 9 puppies into a river, while they scream and whimper. I have heard that 4chan is already on the job to reveal her identity. I really hope they find her. There doesn't seem to be any way of tracking her down in the video, if she gets away with it it would be awful.

This obviously wasn't even filmed by a hidden camera, the girl was fully aware of being filmed.

When I watched the video I was sure something like that would have to be fake, but I saw the little puppies legs moving around, and heard their little cries and sqeuals as she threw them one by one into the river. It's hard to fake somehting like that. And she knew she was being filmed. Problem is you don't see her face, and the river is pretty much just an average looking river. It's going to be hard to track her down with such minimal footage and information.
