The other day, I was fooling around with the chat app (not THAT way) in the site and admiring how well implemented it is; however, it seems sadly neglected. I understand we all are busy at several points during the day, but I was wondering, wouldn't it be cool if we could schedule some weekly chatting session or something like that so we could all talk freely about any topic at hand: movies, dvd collecting, invelos maniacs (j/k).

So... what do you guys think?

Just tried to get into the chat room, but was unable to connect. Don't know if it's a java issue on my side or the server.

It's a new chat windows that I'm trying.  It's a actually a Java applet that connects to an IRC server.  I can run it at home but not at work, probably firewall issues, maybe you're in the same situation !
