Not Dick York.

My skipper in the Navy show also was in another TV show with Jan-Michael Vincent.

Yes the board is yours.

I have been in numerous TV series and movies. - obviously too generic.

I have been nominated for numerous awards and won Golden Globes and Emmys. - same as above.

You know me also from my "short" sports instructional films. - Here I was refering to his "Dorf on ..." short films.

In real life, I served in the Army. On television, I was in the Navy. - He was in the Army during WWII and I was refering to McHales Navy.

I appeared on a TV variety show and would often cause my fellow cast members to break up with my unscripted ad-libs. - here I was refering to his antics in "The Carol Burnett Show", must not have been very obvious.

In one of my movies, my buddy was a "Golden" actor in others, I've had "Apples". - here I was refering to his roles in "Air Bud: Golden Receiver" and his roles in the "Apple Dumpling Gang" series of movies he made for Disney.

In one TV show I was in, I worked with a wonderful lady. She thought one ear was too short though. By the end of the show, she was always tugging on it. - Another reference to "Teh Carol Burnett Show" and how she used to always end it by tugging on her ear lobe.

My skipper in the Navy show also was in another TV show with Jan-Michael Vincent. - refering to Ernest Borgnine, his skipper in "McHale's Navy" and starred with Jan-Michael Vincent in "Airwolf"

Nope... Had to IMDB'd him... Never heard of him. :-[

Tin Conway was a TV / Movie actor who had his career in the 60s and 70. He won a few Emmys I believe for his work in the Carrol Burnett show, a variety show that aired here in the states in the 70's (someone correct me if I am wrong)

His characters were goof balls for the most part. Funny guy. He was one who always had his co-stars cracking up while trying to perform.

Starred in the Apple Dumpling Gang with Don Knotts. Don Knotts' character was the smarter, less bumbling of the two if that helps

EDIT: I see you found your info. Posted anyway.  ;D

Paul Reubens?

Well, I could be wrong... I don't think Pee-Wee Herman would fall in love with a race driver. Didn't he like small children? :-\

I lived in a village with very "flat" houses.
