Thanks Kathy, so you're cheating and getting the pictures from the web, I thought you were capturing from the films yourselves, which was where I was having the problem.  ;D

In that case I'll wait for t'other Nick to confirm I'm right (even though it's one of my favourite films) before posting another one for people to try.

Think i recognise the guy in the background but the film is not ringing a bell

Lithurge

Here's the character you recognise, so as that may not help I'll add a second.

Scanners

Sorry no it's not scanners.

Another clue a Michael Bay blockbuster film got sued unsuccessfully for nicking ideas from this film.

Ok time to turn it into a dingbat it's a one word title:

Bump - I've put a dinbat in the post above.

Hmm I seem to have killed the thread  :goodbye:

The answer is Clone US = Clonus

So I'm going to throw the board open.

Lithurge

Ok if you insist, hopefully this one is a bit easier, just remember my taste in movies  ;)

A sword yielding woman in a cemetery with flaming chaos in the in background! I might not know it but it looks great!

As far as your taste in movies, I've checked out your collection and we have quite a few of the same DVDs!  ;)     In fact, although I only checked out a couple of hundred, I've added quite a few to my wish list!

Well I love the movie, re-watched it quite a few times, but a lot of people would say it's not very good. In fact I don't think a single movies directed by this director has had a positive review from 'professional' critics.

I've stopped checking other people's collections my wishlist was getting silly  :bag:

Najemikon

From comments she makes from time to time, I worry about the state of Kathy's wishlist. I bet it's bigger than her collection! She's kind of like a DVD collector version of Sylar in Heroes; wandering around the Internet looking for peoples unique qualities and adding them to her own to make an All Powerful Library...  :tease:

One great thing living where I do is the dozens of second-hand stores that sell used DVDs for a dollar or two; it's a beautiful thing! I'm such a regular the staff saves the movies for me knowing that "Kathy and her list" will be in!

Put your list online and give them the link. It'll make their life easier, and yours too! YOu can then just go in, and they'll hand you a bag full.  ;)

Lithurge

Looks like it's time for a second clue.

Lithurge

I almost added a comment for the easily distracted that the banner in the background is the real clue  ;)
