The show has an impressive number of well known guest characters.

But I still found it fascinating to see Michelle Trachtenberg (Dawn in Buffy) make an appearance (2x16) shortly after Tom Lenk (Andrew in Buffy / 2x06) and Adam Busch (Warren / 2x14).

And btw Michelle's mother is Mel Harris (Oma Desala in Stargate SG-1).

I have been thinking about checking out this series for a long time.

I think it's a good show. Unfortunately I am missing some of the points because the british DVDs have no subtitles whatsoever and I am not fluent on hearing medical terminology and have thus sometimes hardly a clue what just happened. When it's the big case it's not that bad because I can peace it together in the following scenes. But with his clinic patients I sometimes miss the punch line.

But as a native speaker that shouldn't be a problem for you.

I watched the entire fourth season (only 16 episodes) today and now start into the fifth season.
