Saw an advert for a new show coming soon called Scarlet.

Any one know anything about it?

Might be cool. Wonder if it would be sort of an Alias ripoff though... Anyone heard anything about Whedon's new series either, called Dollhouse I think...

Paycheck anyone...? Not something I'd expect from Whedon. Then again, the similarity may be on purpose.

As soon as you mention anything like this (memory or the lack of and... erm... thingy, er, I can't remember... ), it's bound to have links with Philip K. Dick's work in all sorts of ways. I would guess that Dollhouse will be much more substantial than Paycheck though...

Can't look the imdb link since it doesn't work anymore. But if this is the tv series in question, I've some news for you
