For those who hate tipping at restaurants (especially in the US)

Have a read of this from Germany.

Whenever I'm in the US, I always think eating out is so much cheaper than the UK. Of course, all the menu prices don't include the tip which is expected.

I'm a young person (at least I think I am  :laugh:) and I don't see any reason to that. I want to interact with someone when I order, I even take the time to chat with the cashier at McDonald if they have the time. If I want to look a robot make my food and don't talk, I'll eat at my home and start the microwave.

I actually like the concept! But then, a good part of my enjoyment of a meal is when there is a cute waitress! And stainless steel tubing lacks that appeal!

So how would you complain if it was crap food? Or even the opposite? Stand at the foot of the stairs and yell "compliments to the chef!"
