Won't be posting for a week or so as I'm off to Hong Kong today for the rest of this week.

Well here I am. Home safe, sound and pooped.

Had a cracking time, only came back with three DVDs Great prices in the shops, but was conscious about weight limits coming back so was perhaps too careful.

Planet Terror and Death Proof = HK$89 (about £6.00)
Bubba Ho-Tep: Limited Edition = HK$210 (about £14.00)

Really good place, so much to see and do. The people are so nice(at least the ones I met) and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
The quality of the service in restaurants and the hotel I stayed at were second to none of anywhere else I've eaten at or stayed.

I took a few photos, so I'll stick a couple up when I get around to it this week.

I always enjoyed visiting Hong Kong. Been there quite a few times, as I am only 2 hours (by plane) away. In the beginning of my time in Taiwan we had to go there every two months to get a new visa; somehow our company didn't manage to get multiple entry, so we actually had to get a new one, rather then fly to Hong Kong and back in one day; well, good for us

Been a while since I actually stayed there though, after my past few trips from Germany back to Taiwan I merely got off the plane (late AM), went downtown to the nearest HMV, done my shopping (DVDs, usually around 25-30), headed back to the airport and flew to Taiwan with an evening flight.
