Hey Seb, do you think we can get our english speaking friends to watch Nez Rouge ?  It has english sub-titles.

I do something similar to the first choice every year... What I do is my 25 Days of Christmas Marathon... because in my view once Christmas day is over... it is over for me. And I watch at least 1 Movie/TV Show Episode/Special per day till Christmas day... but I never get numbers as high as I do for Halloween as I don't have as many Christmas shows as I do Horror Movies  :P

So that is how I will be doing it... just like I do every year. :)

To anyone who has just joined us from the link I posted at Invelos here is the link to the thread where you will post you list of watched/watching movies. http://www.dvdcollectorsonline.com/index.php/topic,551.0.html

This thread is for discussing them (and for Richie to  :redcard: us when we get behind  :tease: )

I don't think I'll be joining this one.  I was never really a fan of Christmas movies so I only have one and my budget doesn't allow me to buy 30 DVD's right now.

I do not have many Christmas movies either. This is why I will join Full Christmas Marathon (B):

I don't have all that many Christmas movies either (though I do have a lot more then one)... but I have enough Christmas episodes of TV Series to get me through every day of the month if I wanted to!  :P So maybe you have enough with TV Show episodes?

Or just use some extremely imaginative linking to achieve the full or even the half marathon - any actor/actresses in a film called Noel/Holly,Ivy etc etc, films set around christmas, titles of 25 or 25th, it should get your imaginative juices flowing to see how obscure the link can be  ;)

That's the one I'll be doing too, and I'll slip as many "real" christmas movie in there as I can.

Tom

I have just started filling my list. It is harder than I thought. Too many choices  :'(

I don't know what you all use to select your titles for this marathon, but I've decided to use Tom's CCViewer, as I did previously. It's really great, you should take a look.

By the way, Tom, is it possible that there is a bug in the import function, especially regarding Collection Numbers?

I've reassigned quite a few collection numbers recently in DVD Profiler, but your CCViewer, even after reimporting the XML data, doesn't seem to update the collection number correctly. I have quite a few numbers that don't match anymore, even after reimporting the same XML file a few times. It reflects correctly on my phpdvdprofiler site, but not in CCViewer. For example, online, Berserk: 6.God's Hand has a collection number of 1246, but in CCViewer it doesn't have any, which was the case before I did some reassignments.

Could it be, that you have "Settings->Auto-lock quick edits" enabled and did edit the collection number on tab "Details"? When you right-click there on the collection number, does it show up as locked?

This one's an easy one for me. I have a Christmas tag. When I filter using it the result is 45 movies.  (Of course this counts Die Hard and Die Hard II  )
