This thread is for anyone that wants to post and tell who their avatar is and why.

Mine is currently a Hyena.

I was google imaging for something else and this came up and made me laugh.

The man in my avatar is Joseph Silver.  He terrorized women in Johannesburg and was knows as "King of the pimps" in the late 19th century.  A South-African historian claims he fits the psychologial profile of Jack the Ripper and that there is evidence that he was in WhiteChapel when the famous murders occured.  This historian believes that Joseph Silver is Jack the Ripper.

I started using that as my avatar in preparation for the Horror Mansion Survival Game.

One of my dogs. I've changed her a lot for the Horror Mansion game. Since "she" became the host of the game she grew her horns. I'll probably change her back soon though.

Scarlett Johansson. Why? Why not? Best looking woman around at the moment. She has interesting quirks! 

Petra Nemcova. My current favorite girl, until a new one that catches my eye gets posted 

And she is much, Much, MUCH better looking than I ever can hope to be! 

Well, as some of you may know, my avatar is Sailor Ripley, the character played by Nicolas Cage in David Lynch's Wild at Heart. Why? Well, he's just one of those movie characters that stay with me long after you finish watching. I mean, I could insert another fave character as my avatar, but Sailor has always been one of the coolest, so now you know.

For those who may not have read it before: Mine is the Chinese character for "sheep". I use it, as I was born in the year for the sheep. I first used it at InterVocative, when I needed an avatar there and have stuck with it since. I occasioanlly consider to change, but couldn't get myself to it so far...

Mine is Son Goku (english) / Son-Goku (german) from the manga/anime Dragonball. I always liked the mangas (I've got all 42 books at home).

But I must admit, my favourite character has always been Yajirobe / Yajirobi, because he much more like me. ;-)

I guess I would get used to it though 

It would be quite appropriate to use at Invelos. There are many times I could use a gas mask when I'm reading those forums

Mine is...Mister Cellophane from Chicago. I'm a lot him in real life because you can look right through me, walk right by me and never know I'm there.
