I vote for Contact.  It's been a while since I've seen A.I, I wouldn't remember enough to discuss it.

SailorRipley

I originally voted for A.I. in the poll, but Contact works for me if it's in the majority.  :)

Touti

Let's start with Contact, while we discuss that one I'll get myself a copy of A.I and watch it to refresh my memory.

So we have our movie....?

You want to do the honors and start the thread for the discussion.......while I go make some cheeseburgers  :drooling:

Bugger! I haven't seen Contact for ages. One of the first DVDs I bought actually. I'll watch it tomorrow evening and try and catch up.

I'd got A.I. queued for refresh viewing too. Heck, you have to be on your toes around here!  :tv:

Sounds like a "24 hour notice" would be in order. I'm in the same boat as you Jon. Going to watch it tonight (had to send someone out to buy it first  :hysterical: )

Kathy

Oh my, why didn't we think about that? I guess we will all be adding movies to our DVDP tonight! What do you think the folks at invelos will think when "Contact" keeps appearing under "what did you buy this week?"

RossRoy

Road trip! I have to get myself a copy too!

Better hold off on those burgers they'll get cold - everyone's running out to buy the movie tonight!

Touti

I assumed that you would all vote for a movie you either own or have seen recently.  We can pick something else if you wish.

I don't mind - I've seen the movie but don't mind adding it to my collection.

Got it qued up in the DVD Player as I type.

Quick shower, fire up some popcorn... and I'm good to go!!!!  :tv:

Personally I'll watch every movie we discuss prior to entering the discussion. I am blessed (or cursed) with a terrible memory when watching movies. It's great cause I can watch them over and over again  but not so good when remembering details. :-\

I know the feeling! I've seen Contact, but it's been a while.. I remember somewhat the general idea of the movie, but I'll have to watch it again to refresh my memory. Unfortunately I won't be watching it until tomorrow.. See you then!  ;D
