I guess they didn't have the money to do it right. The're a lot more extra players than usual and I guess the non-regular actors like Larry Bagby, Mercedes McNab or Ethan Erickson took a good part of the extra money too.

The Riley Factor?
No, it's more the entire secret organisation plot that I don't like.

But season 4 still had some great episodes.
Sure it had. It isn't that I don't like it, I like it less...
It's the season Tara appears on the show and Anya became a regular (or is it the season 5?), so it had its high point.

Quote from: Jimmy on January 21, 2013, 11:57:55 PMTo be honest I'm not in a hurry to watch the next season who is my least favorite of the seven seasons making that show.

The Riley Factor?
My least favorite character of the whole series. But season 4 still had some great episodes. Like "Hush", the Faith two-parter, and also Spike is joining the cast.

I couldn't stand him.  He's my least favorite too.  I think part of could be that I saw some of his episodes out of order..some of the first ones I saw with him were from season 5 I believe.
Joyce was sick and the way Riley was acting and treating Buffy while she was dealing with that ticked me off.  He was a first class ass...and he's kept that designation to me.  I was so glad when he left.
Oh Hush is excellent.
By the way...I thought it was funny when Buffy found out what happened between Joyce and Giles.  Once of the lighter moments in the episode.

Oh Hush is excellent.
Not just excellent, it's one of the few episode who is really scary. Probably the only one I wouldn't let my niece watch with me (many others from season 6 too, but for a different reasons).

Dragonfire

It was scary.  One of the best episodes of the series really.

Like everyone else here... hated Riley... but also thought there was some really good to great episodes in the season.

Just finish the season two of Angel and even if I like many episodes they don't seem to know what to do with it. It felt like watching three different shows

But the karaoke bar is a fricking cool idea :yu:
and Wesley that I dislike so much in Buffy is my favorite character in Angel, he is so great

addicted2dvd

Wesley definitely changed between Buffy and Angel.

Talking of Angel, Am I the only one who don't like Gunn as character? God that guy is annoying with his ghetto mentality. He just doesn't look like someone you can trust, almost feel like he would betray anyone to save his skin

I love the new girl, she's bordeline insane but it's charming ;D

Tom

I don't like Gunn either. Especially in the beginning. But Fred (the new girl) is great. One of my favorite characters of the series.

Jimmy

The last episode almost made me believe that she was leaving the show already :-[

I didn't like Gunn at first... but he grew on me fairly quickly. I agree about Fred.... she was always one of my favorite characters.

Kathy

I liked Fred too. I happened to see the actress who plays her, Amy Acker, on Person of Interest. I'm going to have to pick up that show because she's so evil I loved it.

addicted2dvd

Amy Acker also had a decent sized part in the series Dollhouse.

They did it again, I'm sitting here completly sad after what happen in the alley :(

Dragonfire

I really liked Fred..Gunn...not so much.  Most of the time he annoyed me.  There were times he wasn't as bad..then he went and did something else that ticked me off again.  And I got really ticked later on by certain things...not saying anything yet...I'll wait till you get there Jimmy.
