DVD Collectors Online

My DVD player hasn't even been turned on for 3 days now!  It is on a well deserved vacation!  I think this has to be the longest I went without watching a DVD since I bought my first player back in 1997! I just hope the thing still works when I go to turn it back on! 

The reason I haven't turned on my DVD player lately is because I got completely hooked on a TV Show on On-Demand. The show is one I am surprised I got hooked on... it is a series called Army Wives. Of course it don't hurt that it has one of my favorite actresses in it (Catherine Bell). But I am so hooked that it has only been a few days and I am already well into the 3rd season! One of these days I will have to get this series on DVD!

Mine almost never work... of course I watch my film on my computer (I prefer that as I can work the profile after) and my reader utility is only to watch Blu-Ray.

It just better not decide to retire and refuse to work for me when I want it to! Still haven't turned it on. And don't plan to today. I am still stuck watching Army Wives. Almost done season 3... and there is 5 full seasons (out of 6) on On-Demand.

it's about time you gave your DVD player a well needed rest lol, 3 days is not much of a vacation you should atleast give it a week off since its been years lol the poor thing is probably melted to what you have it sitting on lol

By the time I watched all the episodes of Army Wives that I was watching on On-Demand... the DVD player was off for about a week. So it had a pretty nice vacation. 

A week? With the work load you put on it your player could use a year or two respite! 

Maybe I need a second player... switch back and forth.... first machine for the first 6 months of the year.... machine #2 for the 2nd half of the year! 

Well, but if you then get a second TV you could increase you numbers in the October marathon!

Hey... I would say an eye on each TV... but I am blind in one eye... so that won't work.    Oh well!
