I still have the first pressing of the DVDs where they made a wrong framing of the widescreen picture  :P

There was an exchange program for those (I know because I participated).

There was a reason why I didn't, but I don't remember exactly. Probably a mixture of laziness, fear that I won't get any discs back and have none, and that it didn't bother me all that much. There was only one scene where I really noticed it anyway.

I'd say - buy it and throw away both 1933 versions  (don't shoot) :surrender:

If you don't already own the 1933 version, you should get it on blu. It's a classic that should be enjoyed in the best possible release.
The colourised version is just an insult.

King Kong vs Godzilla and King Kong Escapes are ok if you accept them for what they are. They should in no way be compared to the original. But for £5.69, why not...

Not sure if this is a great deal but i think its a good deal for anyone like me who didnt really bother with all the Harry Potter movies but has heard all the fuss about the new one the last one or think it looks pretty good and dosent want to check it out before seeing the other movies too.

i have seen the full of the 1st Harry Potter movie and the 2nd one seen the start of the 3rd and thats about it.

Anyway

Amazon.co.uk Harry Potter Collection - Years 1-7 Part 1 for £23.99 pretty good for 7 movies
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Harry-Potter-Collection-Years-Part/dp/B004KSRMUY/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1311077128&sr=8-4

or if you want to save a bit

Amazon.co.uk Harry Potter Collection - 1-6 you can buy this new from  £17.27 or from £14.99
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Harry-Potter-Collection-1-6-DVD/dp/B002MPP9IY/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1311077128&sr=8-2

I bought the 7 film box set for £23.99 cause if i bought the 6 film box set for £17.27 after i bought the 7th Film for about £8 would cost me about £25 so i thought what the hell all just buy the 7 film box set for just under £24

Mustrum_Ridcully

Or wait for another half a year and get the complete boxset with all 8 movies
