Apparently Tokyo will be introducing their equivalent of an 18 or NC17 certificate for the more violent or sexually explicit manga and anime.

"Tokyo has banned the sale and lease of anime films and manga comics depicting rape, incest and other sex crimes to under-18s."



There goes the sales of about 80% of all manga.

And here I was thinking Tokyo had a sense of fun....
