I miss Firefly.

I saw that trailer today before Harry Potter...and Green Lantern.  Both look interesting..Green Lantern looks really cool.

I miss Firefly too.

I like the look of that. I read that they were trying to make a proper Western that happened to have aliens in and for the most part, it looks like they've pulled it off. You know how sniffy Harrison Ford is. You won't catch him in Wild Wild West 2!

Harrison Ford is bad ass at 1:06.

Looks like a mix of "Unforgiven" and "Independence Day" ... The title is great though

Unforgiven is one of my all time favourite movies.

I'm just not sure if it deserves to be mixed with Independence Day.

I am sure though, that this concept will be a major success. Cowboys AND Aliens together in one movie, the boys just have to love it.

I really want to see this movie.

My mom even wants to see Cowboys and Aliens..and she doesn't really like most science fiction type movies.

2010 movie. Out on Blu-ray if you're willing to spend the money (Japanese release).

That trailer looks awesome! I am not really willing to spend that kind of money based on hat trailer only, but I'll try to keep an eye out for an on-Japan release in the future...

Perhaps give Negadon: The Monster From Mars a go. It's by the same director, and is available for a blind-buy-friendly price from the U.S. I'd give you an opinion on it, but it hasn't arrived yet.

That trailer is nothing like the other one...

However, it's seems to be an homage to the old classic Japanese monster films, cheese included. I'll say for $3,70 (DVD, not Blu) I'll give that a go!

The good news (for me): I realized today that my partner currently is in Japan and either can buy this for me and bring it next week or I can buy it myself when I will visit Japan (Osaka) in May or so.

The not so good news: While cheaper than YesAsia (the one link in English), Blu-ray seem quite expensive in Japan


So, but my question was going to be this: Any suggestions for Japan-only releases? Or for similar Japanese films (or of horror genre) that are better to get at the source (obviously those should have English subtitles...)?
