Just Wright, a review by addicted2comicsJust Wright The Plot: A physical therapist helps a famous basketball player and falls in love with him, but he is also her sister's fiance. My Thoughts: You all know it's been a long time to wait between seeing and reviewing, but I have a good excuse!......Ok, I don't. This was actually a lot better than I thought it would be. It had love, some suspense, and that little flavor of soap opera that keeps the audience engaged. There's some hilarity in there too, mixed with sass. I'll never forget Queen Latifah threatening to pour ice water on that man in his bed if he didn't get ready for physical therapy!! All in all, a pretty good movie, worth a 4 out of 5. (From Addicted2comics(:P)'s Official Review Thread!!! on June 25th, 2010) Young Frankenstein, a review by addicted2comicsTitle: Young Frankenstein: Special Edition Year: 1974 Director: Mel Brooks Rating: PG Length: 106 Min. Video: Widescreen 1.85:1 Audio: English: Dolby Digital: Mono, French: Dolby Digital: Mono, Spanish: Dolby Digital: Mono, Commentary: Dolby Digital: Mono Subtitles: English Stars: Gene Wilder Peter Boyle Marty Feldman Madeline Kahn Cloris Leachman Teri Garr Plot: Mel Brooks' monstrously crazy tribute to Mary Shelley's classic pokes hilarious fun at just about every Frankenstein movie ever made. Summoned by a will to his late grandfather's castle in Transylvania, young Dr. Frankenstein (GENE WILDER) soon discovers the scientist's step-by-step manual explaining how to bring a corpse to life. Assisted by the hunchbacked Igor (MARTY FELDMAN) and the curvaceous Inga (TERI GARR), he creates a monster (PETER BOYLE) who only wants to be loved. CLORIS LEACHMAN, MADELINE KAHN, KENNETH MARS and GENE HACKMAN co-star in this inspired vision of lunacy. Extras: Scene Access Audio Commentary Feature Trailers Deleted Scenes Featurettes Gallery Production Notes Interviews Outtakes/Bloopers Closed Captioned My Thoughts: Well, some parts of the movie was really funny. Others were, umm....disturbing? Idk, some humor in this is simply not my taste, though others, my dad included, would find it hilarious. My Rating: Out of a Possible 5 (From Doing the ABC's Movie Style!! on July 31st, 2010) Tom's TV Pilots marathon, a review by Tom
