Return of the Living Dead, a review by DragonfireThe Return of the Living Dead Just when you though it was safe to go back to the cemetery - those brain eating zombies are back and hungry for more tasty mortals. A fiendish mix of outrageous humor and heart-stopping terror. The Return of the Living Dead is a "veritable smorgasbord of fun" (LA Herald-Examiner) filled with skin-crawling jolts, eye-popping visuals and relentless suprise! On his first day on the job at an army surplus store, poor Freddy unwittingly releases nerve gas from a secret U.S. military canister, unleashing a unbelievable terror. The gas re-animates a corps of corpses, who arise from their graves with a ravenous hunger for human brains! And luckily for those carnivorous cadavers, there is a group of partying teens nearby, just waiting to be eaten! Year: 1940 Director: Cast: OverviewWatched: 27th. Nov 2010 My Thoughts: The first film I saw, I was taken to see it by my parents in the mid-1950's when I was about 5 or 6. It was magic then and still is today. My Rating: Absolutely wonderful Dave (From Dave's DVD/Blu-ray Reviews on November 28th, 2010) Angel Marathon, a review by addicted2dvdAngel: Season 3 11. Birthday Original Air Date: 1/14/2002 Cordelia learns that the visions Doyle passed on to her will eventually kill her unless she agrees to go back in time and choose a different path in life. Guest Stars: Patrick Breen Max Baker David Denman Heather Weeks My Thoughts: I always liked this episode a lot. I liked seeing the "What If" type episodes of series. I must admit it was strange seeing Cordelia having a vision with no pain what so ever... especially considering Doyle who was half demon still had the pain with them. And I didn't care for the whole floating thing. But other then that... cool episode. My Rating: (From Angel Marathon on March 13th, 2010) |
