My Thoughts: While this one is definitely over the top... it is a fun and entertaining film with a lot of big stars of the time. Definitely worth the time put in to watch it. Rating: (From July Movie Marathon: Musicals (Yes... You read right!) on July 22nd, 2016) The Fly (1986), a review by addicted2dvdThe Fly (1986) The gritty, realistic performances of Jeff Goldblum and Geena Davis are at the heart of this terrifying tale of a transformation too horrifying to bear...and too relentless to stop! Goldblum's experimental scientist has created a miraculous device...but in the course of testing it, he finds that his DNA is slowly bringing about a metamorphosis which will forever trap him in the body of a hideous monster...the Fly! My Thoughts: My Rating: Out of a Possible 5 (From My Movie Marathon on February 19th, 2009) Tom's TV Finales marathon, a review by Tom

This last season has a good premise, but ten episodes was too much for it. They should have done a five episode story arc like in the third season and I think it would have been much better. Also I thought that Jack and Gwen became more and more out of character as this season went on. And to make it worse, it ended on a cliffhanger.
