An American Haunting, a review by JimmyAn American Haunting I'm very serious about the spoiler don't look at it if you want to see this movie (click to show/hide) Rating : 4/5 Movie trailer : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WxcfXDBqpUQ More about the Bell Witch : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Bell_Witch (From DVD Profiler random marathon on December 12th, 2007) The Proposal, a review by RichTitle: The Proposal Runtime:104 Certificate:PG-13 Year:2009 Genres:Comedy, Romance Plot:Sandra Bullock is at her funniest in the fresh, laugh-out-loud romantic comedy The Proposal. On the verge of being deported and losing the high-powered job she lives for, the controlling Margaret announces she's engaged to her unsuspecting, put-upon assistant Andrew (Ryan Reynolds). After proposing a few demands of his own, the mismatched couple heads to Alaska where they have four short days to convince his quirky family and a very skeptical immigration agent that their charade is real. Featuring a star-studded supporting cast, including Mary Steenburgen, Craig T. Nelson and the delightfully inappropriate Betty White, this madcap comedy will have you saying "yes" to The Proposal again and again. My Review: My Rating (From DCO third annual November Alphabet Marathon - discussion/review/banter thread on November 2nd, 2009) Fear Itself Marathon, a review by addicted2dvdFear Itself: The Complete Series 8. New Year's Day (Director's Cut) A young woman wakes up in a post apocalyptic world overrun by terrifying zombies and struggles to survive the day. Director: Darren Lynn Bousman (Saw II, Saw III, Saw IV, Repo! The Genetic Opera) Stars: Briana Evigan Zulay Henao Niall Matter Cory Monteith Shelene Yung My Thoughts: While watching this one I must admit I found myself a little lost more then once. What with the flashbacks going back and forth all the time. But for me at least... the end reveal made the episode. Thinking back maybe I should have... but I just didn't see it coming.
