Summary: Academy Award®-winner Juliette Binoche (1997, Best Supporting Actress, 'The English Patient') stars in CACHÉ, a psychological thriller about a TV talk show host and his wife who are terrorized by surveillance videos of their private life. Delivered by an anonymous stalker, the tapes reveal secret after secret until obsession, denial and deceit take hold of the couple and hurl them to the point of no return. CACHÉ is director Michael Haneke's dark vision of a relationship torn mercilessly apart by the camera's unblinking eye.

My Thoughts:  This is another very good thriller.  Binoche and Auteuil are as good as ever.  A very well made movie, I enjoyed watching it and would watch again although I'm puzzled by the end and don't quite understand why the director finished it the way he did.

Santa Who?, a review by addicted2dvd

Santa Who? What would happen if Santa Claus forgot who he was? After a tumble from his sleigh one wintry night, Old Saint Nick (Leslie Nielsen) bumps his head and develops a case of amnesia. Now, it's up to the innocence of a young child and the know-how of a skeptical news reporter to help him find his identity and save Christmas Day. During their adventures, Santa isn't the only one who recalls the magical spirit of the holidays.

My Thoughts:
Another one I recorded off cable just this morning. This one I enjoyed quite a bit. I think Leslie Neilsen was a great choice for an amnesiac Santa. Another one I would like to add to my collection before next year.

Harding Welsh), Camilla Scott (Inspector Margaret Thatcher), Tony Craig (Detective Jack Huey), Tom Melissis (Detective Dewey), Ramona Milano (Francesca Vecchio), Gordon Pinsent (Fraser Sr.), Polly Shannon (Judy Cates), Ross Hull (Keith Warren), Bruce Vavrina (Mike Bennet), Anne Marie Loder (Stella Kowalski), Yanna McIntosh (Candace Madison), Susan Coyne (Penny Morton), Sean Sullivan (Dennis Fagan), Mif (Johnny Maigot), Dolores Ettienne (Elderly Woman)

A really great episode. Ray, Lt. Welsh and Inspector Thatcher all witness the same crime, but their statements do not match. Now it is Fraser's job to get to the truth. This episode features a lot of great banter between the characters while they are trying to convince each other of each other's views. And Francesca is trying to get Lt. Welsh to buy a Cappucino machine for the station during all of this.
