The Social Network, a review by CritterThe Social NetworkLisbeth Salander (From The Social Network on November 2nd, 2010) Harry Brown, a review by JonHarry Brown 3 out of 5 [understament]Harry, is not best pleased[/understatement]. The actor who played Jack Carter? A character who is an ex-Marine with a grudge? Going all Gran TorinoGran TorinoGet Carter in the lead is an ace and the rest of the cast are excellent and also avoid stereotypes, especially Joe Cornish in a small role; I know him from soap-land and he is also great in This Is England (From "Fancy the pictures, me Duck?": The British Film Marathon on February 6th, 2011) Pete's Pilots, a review by addicted2dvdDead Zone Based on the characters and story from the best-selling book by Stephen King, The Dead Zone is a unique psychological thriller that combines a rich mix of action, the paranormal and a continuing quest for justice. Wheel of Fortune My Thoughts: The pilot of the series is much like the movie... setting up the series very well. I absolutely adore Nicole De Boer... and this is the series that I discovered her. The entire time I watched this series I always wanted her and Johnny to get back together. The ending of this episode is a fantastic cliffhanger... and now I am so wanting to continue watching the series. Great Show! My Rating: (From Pete's Pilots on December 11th, 2009) |
