Goldfinger, a review by TomTitle: Goldfinger Year: 1964 Director: Guy Hamilton Rating: FSK-16 Length: 105 Min. Video: Anamorphic Widescreen 1.78 Audio: German: Dolby Digital Mono, Spanish: Dolby Digital Mono, English: Dolby Digital Mono, Commentary: Dolby Digital Mono, Commentary: Dolby Digital Mono Subtitles: Danish, English, Finnish, German, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish Stars: Sean Connery Honor Blackman Gert Frobe Shirley Eaton Tania Mallet Extras: Commentary Featurettes Photo Gallery Scene Access Trailers My Thoughts: A great Bond. Probably one of the finest. "No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die" is one of my favorite lines in the Bond franchise.Q is becoming the gadget master that we know and love. But I must admit, that the movie dragged a little towards the end for me. Rating: (From James Bond Marathon on February 14th, 2009) House of Dracula, a review by addicted2dvd
Stars: Lon Chaney, Jr. John Carradine Martha O'Driscoll Lionel Atwill Onslow Stevens Plot:Extras: Scene Access My Thoughts: Even though not a bad sequel... there is nothing really special about it... other then I did of course enjoy the fact that all 3 of my favorite classic movie monsters is in this movie. One thing I did see in this one that struck me as unusual (at least from any other classics I have seen so far)... is that in this movie the Hunchback is a woman instead of a man. I personally don't remember ever seeing that in any of the other movies before this one. Quality wise.. this movie looks/sounds great... just like the rest of the set. My Rating Out of a Possible 5 Count: Movie Count: 11 TV Ep. S. Anderson (Jason), Cathy Murphy (Mum), Sean Carlsen (Policeman), Jason Mohammed (Newsreader 1), Sagar Arya (Newsreader 2), Lachele Carl (Newsreader 3) The tenth doctor makes a very good first impression, even though he is asleep throughout most of the episode. But when he wakes up, he steals the scene. And I like his interactions with Rose, Jackie and Mickey. (From Doctor Who Marathon on February 15th, 2014) |
