Assassins of Youth, a review by addicted2dvdTitle: Assassins of Youth Year: 1937 Director: Elmer Clifton Rating: NR Length: 73 Min. Video: Full Frame 1.33:1 Audio: English: Dolby Digital Stereo Subtitles: N/A Stars: Luana Walters Arthur Gardner Dorothy Short Earl Dwire Plot: A high-school girl gets involved with a ring of teenage marijuana smokers, not realizing that she is being framed by greedy relatives out to prevent her from getting an inheritance, and starts down the road to ruin. Extras: Scene Access My Thoughts: What do I think about this movie? I really not sure. I think I found it kinda boring as I struggled to keep my attention on the movie at times. But at the same time I had to laugh at some of the things they said in this movie. Now I personally never even tried any type of drugs... I don't smoke (anything) and I don't drink. But even I know better then to link marijuana to murder! But hey... I did learn something... the easiest way to get a woman's clothes off is give her some marijuana! I swear some of the stuff they came out with is ridiculous... even to me! But at least it did seem like they tried to make a decent story. I think I have to give this one about a 2.5... I didn't really hate it... but it is not something I see myself watching often. No more then an average movie. My Thoughts: I really enjoyed this one. Even though it is mostly computer-generated, it goes back to the charm that Little Mermaid had for me. Also I found it really funny. There were some laugh out loud moments for me. The animation is first rate.Rating: (From Tom's Random Reviews on June 8th, 2011) Buffy The Vampire Slayer Marathon , a review by Critter1.02 The Harvest Plot: After escaping from Luke, Buffy goes in search of Jesse, with a little help from Giles and Willow, from her mystery friend, Angel, and from Xander, who braves the dank, dark sewers with her. The Master plots the Harvest, a ritual designed to imbue him with strength enough to open the Hellmouth, but Buffy defeats his minions in a showdown at The Bronze. My Thoughts: This episode was a great way to wrap up the beginning of this series. It showed the scoobies working together for the first time and it was interesting to see how they are trying to cope with everything, especially for Xander and Willow as they have just entered a new world. It was also the first time we see Buffy having issues with her home life, as it may only be the second episode but she is already having slayer-related trouble at school, and also with her Mum. This balance is something that has always added to the show for me, how she not only has to deal with trying to save the world every second week but also with normal teenage issues as well.
