Lethal Weapon 2, a review by addicted2dvdTitle: Lethal Weapon 2 Year: 1989 Director: Richard Donner Rating: R Length: 114 Min. Video: Widescreen 2.35:1, Pan & Scan 1.33:1 Audio: English: Dolby Digital 5.1, French: Dolby Digital Stereo Subtitles: English, French, Spanish Stars: Mel Gibson as Martin Riggs Danny Glover as Roger Murtaugh Joss Ackland as Arjen Rudd Joe Pesci as Leo Getz Patsy Kensit as Rika Van Den Haas Plot:Extras: Scene Access Trailers Featurettes Production Notes Closed Captioned My Thoughts: After watching the first one earlier I felt like watching the second one as well. And I must say... they really amped up the comedy in this one. I found myself literally laughing out loud off and on through-out the entire movie. But just because there is more comedy don't mean it lacks in action. I liked the blonde girl that Riggs hooks up with in this one. I normally don't go for blondes but she was right cute. She was played by Patsy Kensit... not really that familiar with her. Though I do have a couple other things with her in it. Only problem with this one. I don't know... it seemed like a bit of a let down on how it ended. The ending of the first one was more exciting then this one. But this one is still definitely worth watching... Enjoyed it very much! My Rating: Out of a Possible 5 (From Weekend Movie Marathon: 2/19 - 2/21 on February 21st, 2010) Goosebumps, a review by addicted2dvd

My Thoughts: Granted this one is for the fans of the books and TV series. for me it is a lot of nostalgia of watching the TV episodes with my daughter. I really enjoyed this film...and love the fact that I got to watch this one with my daughter since we enjoyed watching the series so much when she was a kid. I think they did a good job at bringing a lot of the characters from the series to film. Jack Black has always been hit and miss for me... but I really liked him playing R. L. Stine. I found this one well worth the time put in to watch it... but I don't see people enjoying this one if they don't know the books or TV series. Rating: Horror/Halloween Challenge Films: 7/52 (From Horror/Halloween 2016 Challenge on October 4th, 2016) Ghost Whisperer Marathon, a review by addicted2dvdDisc 2: 5. A GRAVE MATTER On Halloween, Melinda is visited by the ghost of an author who claims he is in the wrong grave, while Delia is visited by a ghostlooking for her handbag. My Thoughts: Ohhhh a Halloween episode. I just love Halloween episodes of TV Series! This is a really good one... even though they do downplay Halloween in it. Kinda just in the background. The story was good though. 6. THE WOMAN OF HIS DREAMS Jim is haunted by a beautiful model who died having plastic surgery, and who may be trying to warn her younger sister not to follow in her footsteps. My Thoughts: a good episode. This time it is Jim's turn to help a ghost... only Melinda isn't around much to help him out! She is visiting her mother... who just had an operation herself. 7. A VICIOUS CIRCLE While camping with Jim, Melinda encounters a mother who died in a snowstorm, who is determined to protect the daughter she supposedly abandoned. My Thoughts: A good episode... but not great. I think it could have been better. 8. THE NIGHT WE MET Melinda worries that the ghost of a man who died in a fire may now be an arsonist. She's also worried that Jim forgot the anniversary of the night they met. My Thoughts: This episode I liked a lot... not only is it a good story when it comes to the ghost... but I also really enjoyed seeing how Melinda and Jim got together. And I loved how Jim toyed with Melinda... acting like he forgot the anniversary of when they met. Something like I would do... used to make Dawn (my late wife) nuts!
