The Bone Collector, a review by addicted2dvd

The Bone Collector

My Thoughts:
This is a movie I have always liked a lot. I thought both Denzel Washington and Angelina Jolie did a good job in it. Ed O'Niel (Married with Children) also appears in this movie. This is about the 3rd or 4th time I watched this movie since I bought it. I really enjoy the case... and also enjoy how strong of a woman lead it has. No complaints about the quality of this release... and there is a nice selection of extras to go with it.

The Terminator, a review by Dragonfire

My Thoughts

I decided that I wanted to watch the Terminator movies before I got started on Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.  I only recently added this one to my collection and this was the first time in years that I watched it.  I still enjoyed the movie, though a few things, especially the music, did seem dated.  Arnold did well as the Terminator.  He was believable as a machine..I'm not sure if that is a compliment or not.   :hysterical:  Anyway, the movie was very entertaining.  The violence wasn't too bad, though I still don't like the scene when the Terminator was doing a few repairs..that's just gross.

I just posted a review on Epinions if anyone wants to take a look.

Pete's Pilots, a review by addicted2dvd

Dexter

Dexter (Pilot)
When blood spatter analyst Dexter Morgan is not out solving murders, he spends his time as a serial killer who eliminates those who do bad things. But his world is shaken when another serial killer commits a series of highly stylized murders in Miami.

My Thoughts:
This is a series that really grabbed me from the pilot episode.  The idea of a serial killer/vigilante working from within the police station is great. It has been a long time since I watched the pilot episode. Not since I bought the set. Which was a blind buy at the time. But I have been watching it every since. Unfortunately I am behind on buying the DVDs as I still only have season 1 in my collection.

My Rating:
