Los cronocrímenes, a review by AchimStars:Plot:Extras:
My Thoughts: Where Primer did my head in with it's high-level approach this was a lot of fun to watch. Kept much simpler and more approachable than before mentioned film, Timecrimes is an interesting watch. It is unfortunately held back by a weird pacing, giving the audience lots of information too early, so we are left to merely observe how things unfold. This is especially true in the middle section and even in the "climax" little is done to keep us on the edge of the seat. That leaves the viewer ultimate with, as I said, interesting but mostly unengaging story.Rating: (From The Movies from Within My Lifetime on August 22nd, 2011) Hollow Man, a review by JonHollow Man 3 out of 5 (From Jon's Marathon of Horror! 2009 on November 1st, 2009) NCIS Marathon, a review by addicted2dvdNCIS: Season 3: Disc 4 13. DECEPTION Navy lieutenant commander in charge of a shipment of nuclear weapons disappears and the NCIS team must solve the case before the secret location of the weapons is discovered. My Thoughts: This is a very good episode. They had to work fast to find the missing lieutenant commander. My Rating: 14. LIGHT SLEEPER The wives of two Marines are killed. Fearing that the next victim is a woman and her newborn baby, the NCIS teams springs into action. My Thoughts: Another one I enjoyed... but not quite as much as most. And I really can't put my finger on why. The story is good... everyone did a good job... but this one just left me a little disappointed for some reason. My Rating: 15. HEAD CASE The NCIS team stumbles upon a grisly discovery in an illegal automotive chop shop run by Marines. Now the crew must look for the full body of evidence. My Thoughts: A good episode. Story kept me interested through-out. Definitely worth the time put into it. My Rating: 16. FAMILY SECRET An ambulance supposedly carrying the remains of a Marine mysteriously explodes. The NCIS team discovers the ambulance was rigged to blow up, but that the DNA of the victim does not match that of the deceased Marine. My Thoughts: A good... but somewhat standard episode. Not one that I think of when I think of my faovrite episodes. Felt more like a good filler episode then anything else. My Rating: (From NCIS Marathon on December 16th, 2009) |
