Fright Night, a review by DragonfireFright Night Meet Jerry Dandridge. He's sweet, sexy, and he likes to sleep in late. You might think he's the perfect neighbor. But before inviting Jerry in for a nightcap, there's just one thing you should know. Jerry prefers his drinks warm, red -- and straight from the jugular! It's FRIGHT NIGHT, a horrific howl starring Chris Sarandon as the seductive vampire and William Ragsdale as the frantic teenager struggling to keep Jerry's deadly fangs out of his neck. Only 17-year-old Charley Brewster (Ragsdale) knows Jerry's bloodcurdling secret. When Charley can't get anybody to believe him, he turns to TV horror host Peter Vincent (Roddy McDowall), who used to be the "Great Vampire Killer" of the movies. Can these mortals save Charley and his sweetheart Amy (Amanda Bearse) from the wrathful bloodsucker's toothy embrace? If you love being scared, FRIGHT NIGHT will give you the nightmare of your life! My Thoughts I did get a review posted on Epinions last year. Fright Night (From Dragonfire's Halloween/Horror Marathon 2009 on October 28th, 2009) Twitches Too, a review by addicted2dvd
Stars: Tia Mowry as Alex Tamera Mowry as Camryn Kristen Wilson as Miranda Patrick Fabian as Thantos Leslie Seiler as Ileana Plot:Extras:
My Thoughts: This one I found to be just more of the same. Naturally simce they already knew about their magic there was more of them using it. Once again... not bad but nothing really special here. I would say check this one out if you enjoyed the first one. Rating: (From August Movie Marathon: Disney Channel Original Movies on August 28th, 2016) Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman: The Complete First Season, a review by addicted2dvd
Stars: Dean Cain as Superman/Clark Kent Teri Hatcher as Lois Lane Lane Smith as Perry White Michael Landes as Jimmy Olson Tracy Scoggins as Catherine "Cat" Grant John Shea as Lex Luthor Extras:
My Thoughts: Over the last couple days I ended up watching the entire first season set. Really enjoyed watching this set again. I actually forgot how much I enjoyed this series. I really like the entire cast on this show. Well except for Tracy Scoggins... but not because of her... I just never liked the character she played. Apparently I wasn't alone in these feelings as her character disappeared after the first season. Now I am trying to decide if I want to continue and watch season two... or move on to a different show.My Rating: Out of a Possible 5 (From Addicted2dvd's Random TV Series Watched on August 2nd, 2011) |
