Panic, a review by Jimmy

Title : Panic (1976)

Overview
A British scientist is working with various forms of bacteria when he is accidentally exposed to a deadly variety due to a lab accident. The exposure transforms the scientist into a hideous, flesh-eating monster and he begins a rampage in the local community that has the government considering wheter or not to destroy the entire town to countain the problem.

My Impression
Nothing special with this film. They had tried to cover to much and they fail in the 2 aspects : the city rampage is non existent and the monster chase is boring. David Warbeck as usual as a good screen precence, but Janet Agren is really underuse. The dubbing is poor, the editing isn't really good and the end is really lame. Maybe the italian version is better, but the version that I own is a lost of time.

Anger Management, a review by RossRoy

Anger Management
WHAT THEY SAY
After a small misunderstanding aboard an airplane escalates out of control, timid businessman Dave Buznik (Sandler) is ordered by the court to undergo anger management therapy at the hands of specialist Dr. Buddy Rydell (Nicholson). But when Buddy steps up his aggressive treatment by moving in, Dave goes from mild to wild as the unorthodox treatment wreaks havoc with his life in this hilarious hit comedy that will drive you mad with laughter!

MY THOUGHTS
Always liked this movie! I find Jack Nicholson to be completely hilarious in it! I've seen him mostly in "serious" movies, and I find he handles the comedy quite well! And I find it nice that it dabbles in a different subject matter, even at its core, you could see it as a midlife crisis comedy, I liked that they went a little more specific with Anger Management. I also love how just about everybody who seem to be trying to help Adam Sandler's character, happen to be even crazier then he is!

The X-Files Marathon, a review by Jimmy

This is one of the first series (if not the first series) to get season set releases.
And it was quite expensive to get them. My first 6 seasons are those collector set and they look great, the 3 others are the cheap version who doesn't look that great... But more than 150$ by season was/is a lot of money.

BTW you have forgot to mention the commentary on the pilot, the TV spot and the computer game in the extras.
