National Lampoon's Pledge This!, a review by KinkyCyborgTitle:National Lampoon's Pledge This! Year: 2006 Director: William Heins Rating: NR Length: 91 Min. Video: Anamorphic Widescreen 1.85:1 Audio: English: Dolby Digital: 2-Channel Stereo, English: Dolby Digital: 5.1 Subtitles: English Stars:Plot:Extras: Scene Access Feature Trailers Featurettes My Thoughts: There have been some bad entries in the Lampoon series but this has got to be the worst. I'm all for lots of boobies but to think a movie will be funny and liked by flashing a pair of tits every 3 minutes is beyond stupid. You expect at least a laugh or two from a Lampoon flick but there wasn't anything even remotely funny about this. This played more like a vehicle strictly to promote Paris Hilton who is truly detestable and as far as I am concerned completely unattractive. Should've been called Skip This! KC Rating: (From KinkyCyborg's Random Reviews 2010 on July 14th, 2010) Halloween, a review by addicted2dvdTitle: Halloween Movie Count: 13 TV Ep Count: 2 Time Started: 8:30am Plot: Fifteen years ago, Michael Myers brutally massacred his sister. Now, after escaping from a mental hospital, he's back to relive his grisly crime again, and again...and again.. My Thoughts: This is of course a classic horror that I must watch every year around this time. I normally like to save the Halloween movies for Halloween day... but the urge hit me really early this month. I am planning on saving at least 1 (of the 4) that I have for Halloween day. This is of course the one that started it all... and finding out from one of the featurettes on the disc... a movie that was shot very quickly and cheaply. You would never know it watching the movie. I feel they all did an awesome job on this movie!/b] (From Month-Long Horror/Halloween Marathon on October 5th, 2007) Tom's TV Pilots marathon, a review by Tom
Plot: What are you willing to sacrifice ? The tragic failure of the young brothers unleashed and unholy reaction that ripped their bodies apart and their innocense asunder. Four years later, an evil lurks behind the false face of freedom, its growth unchecked. A lone State Alchemist combs the countryside in search of a mythological stone. If found, the stone could amplify natural talents and harness a power equal to the restoration of things once held precious, now lost. If found, the stone would also allow the State Military to senselessly obliterate countless more in the ongoing struggle. The youngest State Alcehmist in history is soon faced with harsh truth: The power to create is but a breath away from the power to destroy.
