Title : The Joys of Jezebel (1970)

Overview
Dead for a week, bad girl Jezebel can't enjoy the pleasures of Hell until she first gets revenge on the man who killed her. So she makes a deal with The Devil: he'll let her return topside providing she finds a soul to replace hers. In fact, Lucifer suggests the soul of Rachel (Dixie Donovan), a buxom airhead who happens to be a virgin. Presto-change-o, Jezebel and Rachel swap bodies resulting in Rachel acting like a slut above while Jezebel behaves bashfully below... Full of writhing bodies and sinning souls, THE JOYS OF JEZEBEL is a witty sex fantasy from the creative team of David F. Friedman (The Erotic Adventures of Zorro) and Peter Perry (The Notorious Daughter of Fanny Hill). And, hey, who knew Hell was so psychedelic?

My Impression
I was affraid that after two more "mainstream" movies everybody would think that my library of weird film was at an end. Don't worry I've many unknown movies never reviewed here in my collection that just wait to be 

This one is a David Friedman production and a part of his costume sexploitation films. Many of them are really good like Trader Hornee, The Erotic Adventures of Zorro and The Notorious Daughter of Fanny Hill, but Jezabel is not one of those. Even if Christine Murray is the first bill actress in it  she doesn't have a lot of screen time . In fact the real star in this is Dixie Donovan since they swap their body and, even if miss Donovan is really beautifull and sexy as hell, she can't act (contrary to Christine Murray who is a really good actress). I like how the Hell is represented (if this isn't a false representation, I reserve my place right now ). Many characters from the bible are there and I understand why Eve and Goliath are there, but I have no idea why the King Solomon is there (maybe someone knowing is bible more than me could explain why to me). Another thing there is an error in IMDB the Christopher Stone playing Lucifer isn't the well known Christopher Stone.

Four Lions, a review by Antares

Four Lions (2010) 74/100 - I would have probably enjoyed this a lot more had I the option of selecting English subtitles on the DVD, as I must have missed at least 30% of the dialog, because I couldn't understand what they were saying. Aren't there any deaf people in England? It's amazing how many British films on DVD, do not have this option. It's not just the accents that are hard to understand, it's also the propensity to have characters with exaggerated speech impediments that make understanding British dialog a task that's most frustrating without textual assistance. OK, rant over. I thought this was a very daring concept for a film, all fraught with potential land mines of political incorrectness, but the director skates the fine line between black comedy and classless social satire very adroitly. I actually don't think he pushed the envelope enough, and that's why I kind of felt unfulfilled after finishing the film. The early bits of slapstick at the Pakistani camp just felt like filler and after watching some of the outtakes, wished that those scenes would have been left in and the training camp stuff removed. Overall, the film is good for a few laughs, but I don't feel it's as good as I've been led to believe.

While I still enjoyed this season very much over-all... it has my least favorite storyline of the entire series. That being the Veritas storyline. The episodes dealing with Veritas just didn't hold my interest as much as any of the other episodes. This season does introduce Kara/Supergirl. As for guest stars I am familiar with for this season. There was Dean Cain who played Clark Kent/Superman himself in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman.  James Marsters returns in several episodes as Brainiac. This season we also see the long gone  Sam Jones III (Pete Ross) back for a single episode. Gina Holden (Blood Ties) shows up for a single episode as well.

The seventh season aired in 2007. Which is the year of the writer's strike. But we seemed to get lucky for this series... and didn't lose out on too many episodes this time. As this season still has 20 episodes. So I am thankful for that.
