La nuit de la vérité, a review by Danae CassandraWhere We Are: Burkina Faso wikipedia What We Watched: Overview:My Thoughts:Bechdel Test: Pass Overall: 4.5/5 (From Around the World in 86 Movies on April 9th, 2013) 10.5 Apocalypse, a review by addicted2dvdTitle: 10.5 Apocalypse: The Complete Miniseries: Widescreen Year: 2006 Director: John Lafia Rating: NR Length: 169 Min. Video: Anamorphic Widescreen 1.85:1 Audio: English: Dolby Digital 5.1 Subtitles: Stars: Kim Delaney as Dr. Samantha Hill Dean Cain as Brad Malloy David Cubitt as Dr. Jordan Fisher Oliver Hudson as Will Malloy Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon as Natalie Warner Plot:Extras: Scene Access Trailers My Thoughts: I originally bought 10.5 as a blind buy... even though I heard nothing good about the miniseries. Even though most people hated it with a passion I more then enjoyed it! So when I saw that a new miniseries 10.5: Apocalypse was being released I didn't even bother reading what other people think of it. Just going by the first one I knew automatically I had to get it... so I did... shortly after it's release. This one takes place right where the first one left off.... they thought it was over at the end of 10.5 but they were wrong! If you liked the first one... this one is a must see! But do yourself a favor... if you never seen the first one... watch it before watching 10.5: Apocalypse because as I said... it takes over right where 10.5 left off. My Rating: Out of a Possible 5 Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2006 (From What Movies I Been Watching on January 31st, 2010) Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles: The Complete First Season marathon, a review by AchimQueen's Gambit Thank God episode 3 was just an intermediate slump. Also this episode was really good. They had fun dialog moments, a great action set piece with a terminator fight and some exposed terminator skull. What more can we ask for. Oh, and then there is "that 90210-guy" playing his part decently enough. The way he was introduced, by means of bringing someone back from a previous episode felt quite clever to me. And then there was grief counseling at school John: "I call shotgun." Cameron: "I call 9mm." (From Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles: The Complete First Season marathon on January 20th, 2009) |
