Is it because of the Pre-order Price Guarantee? This is sure not a big refund as you said your CC will eat that money with the conversion fee. At least when I got one from Amazon Canada it is more than one cent, last one I got for Shiver was 1.04$... now this is big money

I've had some of those refunds that were like fifty cents or so a few times.  I have gotten some that were a few dollars.
