Surprisingly this is a remake that I'm interested in... it sure can't be worst than Evil Dead 2 and Army of Darkness, at least it looks like an horror movie and not a stupid slapstic comedy...

And super important for someone like me: They use real special Effects (there are a little bit of CGI but not that much, so I'm sure to appreciate)

Ah, from what i've seen in the trailer, this look like a good one for me aswell!
A movie that i'm looking forward to check out, when it comes out. And i liked
both the original 'Evil Dead' and Evil Dead 2, (havent seen the 3rd yet.) and
after what people are saying, and the trailer.. I dont think i will either..

It's almost like Raimi finally got to produce the movie he wanted to make in the first place, but couldn't due to budget restrictions.

Piffl, Army of Darkness is not a bad film, it just isn't horror and therefore a litle odd as part 3. It's basically a continuation of the trend seen in part 2. But while 2 is still a horror comedy he almost puts away with horror in 3 completely... I like it for it's extreme silliness. ...did you know Raimi is a great fan of the Three Stooges? ;)

This sure explain why Evil Dead 2 and Army of Darkness are so awfull and insupportable to watch....

Hehe, well. This remake anyways is looking like it will be a good one.
I hope so anyways! Looking forward to the realise date :)

I've actually known about this remake for a while now by going to the "Deadite" forum...I have to say, going by the trailer it looks a lot better than I had previously imagined.  ;D I'll definitely look into it when it comes out.

But considering so many people know Bruce Campbell as Ash Williams, I hope he at least makes a cameo in the film  ;)

You, um, have your ways to see it in cinema or you will have to wait for the DVD? The trailer clearly looks like this should be a hard R, if not NC-17...

She can always see it with Pete if it's R rated, unless ie's NC-17 (but Brittany is 17 years old now I think...).

But that show that we are a small but great group of old friends :yu:

addicted2comics(:P)

yes, I'm old enough to go see the Evil Dead  :P

With me talking about nothing but comic books, anime, vampires, and any combination thereof you wouldn't think it so, but I am! ;)
