I know this film got everything I dislike in movies, but what can I say I love that franchise

Anyway the new trailer was just revealed some days ago and it looks freaking awesome... maybe I will do an effort and go watch it in a theatre in september

and this is the teaser released back in january

I haven't caught up with the series since the part in the desert (3? is this new one part 5?), but from what I hear they have started to ignore to keep a continuity between the installments now.

I like the lok of the trailer and since it's a zombie flick I may decide to see it after all. But I have no idea what the beginning part of the trailer is supposed to tell us reference to part 1, just pure fantasy anyway?

Your heard wrong since there are a continuity between each parts... maybe it's too complicated to follow for the casual ADD movie goers

I wouldn't say that of the people I was listening to. I think the big issue they had was that the desert film made it appear as if the whole world was affected already (which is how I remember it as well) which was then not followed through properly?

The USA is affected not the world at large in the third part.
