That cake is great Brit - I'm always amazed at the things bakers come up with.

The lady I help out has a birthday just before me - hers is on the 12th. So, we decided to celebrate on Fri. the 13th.

Patty wanted a rum cake with ricotta cheese filling so i brought a piece home and that is what I'm having for breakfast. I can't share though, I left the rest of the cake.

I never bring extra goodies home because I have no self control and would end up eating more than I should. It's bad enough getting ole, I don't want to be old and fat.
