That's another reason for my not moving to FF4 yet.

A few of the extensions that I use aren't compatible and haven't been updated in a long time so they may not be for a while. The wish to keep these extensions far outweighs the desire to upgrade to a new version.

I have a collection.
It can be found here.
No need to check it often.
I update it only twice a year!

I'll grant you that. But, IMO, is a nice improvement over previous versions, even if just in raw performance.

I like it now that I got that problem solved. Though I will admit it took me a bit to find where they moved the reload button to.   :bag: :P

I ended up moving it back to where it normally is. (Along with the open tab button) :P

Don't feel bad.  It took me a while too.  In fact I'm thinking I did find it the first night.   :bag:  I've moved it too.  Even once I had found the new spot, when I wanted to use it, I still kept looking in the old spot.

But with something like a web browser it could certainly mean "safer"! ;)

That's what users hope with every release!

OK I finally got the new version yesterday (because my last update told me to do so, so I expect the old one won't be supported anymore). Anyway the absence of the refresh and stop button is a little bit annoying, but...

Who got the stupid idea to split the status bar in two? The locker doesn't appear when you are on a secured site... Doesn't sound like a bright move to me

Unless a way exist to get it back?

Najemikon

Actually, I prefer it because they've made the address bar more dynamic. Look at the bar where the address is. In front, there is a grey button with the name of the site on. That only appears when it's a secure connection and it's click-able to get you the certificate information. I'm not sure if the colours mean anything, but I went to my bank and it was bright green.

And the refresh button is at the end of the address bar. While the site is loading, it changes to a stop button. Click it and you'll see what I mean...

Your right ;D
I guess the fact I've seen this little lock since forever made me nevous to not seeing it where it is supposed to be

Edit : and the refresh and stop are there too. We get so used to little thing that

And if you really do not like the new look, almost everything can be changed back to look like in the older version.
