HBO Blu-ray sale

There is a HBO Blu-ray sale at Best Buy and Amazon saw fit to match the prices. It says "this week", so I assume until Christmas...?

I'm getting The Pacific on Blu-ray for Christmas off my parents.

I heard that was really good.  Haven't seen it.

I like Bored to Death...and True Blood.

It was excellent, it gets pretty brutal as you can imagine.

My mom is considering getting Band of Brothers and The Pacific.

I showed her the sets when we were out shopping today...or yesterday...whatever.     Anyway, she thought she would like them, but didn't want to pay like $70 a piece for them.  I remembered they were on sale at Amazon and told her I'd check.  Once I found the prices, she is thinking more about getting them.  She's thinking of ordering them tomorrow...or later today since it technically is Thursday now. 

She and my stepdad do like movies..they have started getting more in the last few years..I was getting DVDs for a few years before she really started getting any..but they like having them now.

I know the shipping is usually good with Amazon.  We just didn't think it would come this fast.  It said at the time she ordered that a few extra days were needed to process the order.

Well I got my copy of the Pacific, and it's going straight back tomorrow due to there being a massive dint in the back of the tin which has also cracked the inside casing.
My mum and I never noticed it at first because it was covered with a promo card, so that's a little disappointing.
