Oh Kevin I really suck at being creative...how about Kevin's Movie Blog? See what I mean?

I've actually been thinking about it and coming up blank. I've had a long stretch of work and haven't slept so I'll think about it for another day or so...and probably still come up with nothing.  :-[

Najemikon

I agree with you, but please remember that Jimmy will not have intended it to be used that way. "Retard" or "Retarded" is a genuine English word that can be applied objectively to anything slowly developing behind the norm. It's really only been in recent years, relatively speaking, that it is only considered for the disabled. I'm positive he will not have realised the stigma it now rightly has when applied flippantly.

Jimmy, always use "pillocks" instead.  ;)

Why do you think I ended up with "Goose" in my name? There are no good ones left!

"Kevin's Kinema"? Alternative, old spelling of "cinema"...

Common its just a question of language... No one here will go all politically correct because we use the term débile, mongol or déficient. It's just a way to say that something is weird or not normal and there is nothing insulting in that.

And people wonder why I don't write about what I watch here anymore...

Najemikon

Jimmy, unfortunately it isn't a case of political correctness. The word genuinely has lost its meaning now. Ever evolving language and all that. Trust me, I hate political correctness. That is not the case here.

Dr. Hasslein

I've got it! I'll call my blog 'Retard Cinema'

Jimmy

If you talk about Turkish cinema or some other weird genre that would be sure a great name
Like I said before the round of outrage try to find a title who describe what you will talk about that will sound original without being to clever.

Next time I will shout my mouth and not write what I think or use my native language, so the baby jesus will not cry because of me. The last part is a joke so don't start another round of outrage guys.

Kathy

I mean no disrespect to anyone else and how they talk or present themselves. See what I get for discussing my "feelings"!  :tease:

Kevin you are terrible!

And Jon, I actually like your "Kevin's Kinema".

I love this as well, it made me laugh.

That's going straight to the pool room!

You should call it 'Kevin Rudds Opinions'. You will get HEAPS of traffic then.

Don't worry Kathy it's not you it's me again. I begin to be used to the fact that someone will make a big deal out of everything I wrote whatever the subject is...

BTW it's the first time I see the - used because someone use a word here. That makes my heart all warm almost like if we were the DVDP forum :yu:

All good suggestions, even Kevin's Kinema

Perhaps 'Cinema Gillard', but I doubt I could handle all the death threats.
