I have a collection.
It can be found here.
No need to check it often.
I update it only twice a year!

phpdvdprofiler

The phpDVDProfiler forum is of course the best place to start

I'm no good to explain, so if you don't understand something you will have to wait the experts.

Dr. Hasslein

I've been to phpdvdprofiler but where is the file to download? I've been the thread that supposedly contains it but there is no link anywhere.

DJ Doena

you need to have a user account and need to be logged in to see the links

Yup, you're out of date. Current is 3.6.1.3 and you have 3.5.1.0

The pinned topic on the other forum is unfortunately not the current version.

And if you're not ready yet to update phpDVDProfiler (I still haven't found the time), you can use this program to convert the 3.7.x and 3.6.x XML back to the 3.5.1 version and upload it. This way you'll get less to no error messages.

You can also download it here

I've downloaded it. Now how do I get it working?

DJ Doena

What you need is a webspace that supports PHP (web scripts) and MySQL (web database).

Then you take the SQL script from the ZIP file and execute it in your MySQL DB. It will create all the tables you'll need.

Then you upload the unZIPed content to your webspace.

The you make a copy of the siteconfig.php and call it localsiteconfig.php.

You open that file with a text editor and make the adjustments (like database name, user name, password, ...). Then you upload that file, too.

When you've done all that, you come back here and we'll continue. :)

I was lucky to have Eric holding my hand when I set mine the first time. The second time for the second server it wasn't really hard (of course Sebastien did some works behind the scene).

If I can everybody can Kathy ;)
You just need someone holding your hand. Someone who can't be me since I'm as good as you are with those things

Dragonfire

I found a page where someone posted step by step instructions on how to get stuff set up.  I don't think I would have figured it out otherwise.
