"The Legend. The Battle. The First Hero" is the tagline for this movie coming out in March.
I had not heard of it till this weekend. Saw quite a few previews for it during Football games as well as the Sarah Conner Chronicles last night.
Looks very cool to me. I love the woolly mammoths and the saber-tooth tigers they show.
Can't tell much of the story from the trailers I've seen. Seems to be a tribe of "cavemen" (without Ringo Star that is
) gets attacked by a more advanced group who takes some prisoners/slaves including someone who is special to the story's hero. He seems to go on a quest to find her and ends up helping a entire race of slaves in fighting their "gods" (uh... Stargate?).
No expecting much from the story based on what I have pieced together but it does look like a really fun movie.
C'mon... woolly mammoths - how cool is that?

I remember enjoying that Ringo Starr flick back in the day.

Watched the trailer and a couple of thoughts crossed my mind.
1. Doesn't look historically accurate
2. Where's Daryl Hannah?
